Peoria's P83 Entertainment District is located along 83rd Avenue from Bell Road to the Skunk Creek wash, and from 75th Ave to the Loop 101 Agua Fria freeway. The area includes the Peoria Sports Complex and shopping centers including the North Valley Power Center (1) and Arrowhead Crossing (2).

Lake Pleasant Pkwy. and Happy Valley Road - Peoria's "Four Corners"
The intersection of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road, sometimes called "Four Corners" by Peoria locals, is home to many commercial and retail shops and stores. This high-growth area serves North Peoria residents and is just minutes from Vistancia and other northwest valley communities.
