Peoria's P83 Entertainment District is located along 83rd Avenue from Bell Road to the Skunk Creek wash, and from 75th Ave to the Loop 101 Agua Fria freeway. The area includes the Peoria Sports Complex and shopping centers including the North Valley Power Center (1) and Arrowhead Crossing (2).

Park West

Park West is Peoria's premier lifestyle shopping center. With more than 30 restaurants and shops to choose from, Park West also features a 14 screen Harkins Theater. Relax after an afternoon of shopping in one of the shaded bali lounges and on cool winter evenings, cozy up to one of the six outdoor fireplaces.

Easily accessible just off the Loop 101 at Northern, minutes from the Arizona Cardinals football stadium, Tanger Outlets and the Westgate Entertainment District, Park West is the West Valley's best kept secret.

A recent renovation at Park West brought new shops and restaurants including: Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers, The Sicilian Butcher, The Sicilian Baker, Hash Kitchen, Candle Chemistry, and more. The renovation also included new signage, wood lattice structures with vines, misting system, and a play area for kids to provide a comfortable shopping environment. Lake Pleasant Pkwy. and Happy Valley Road - Peoria's "Four Corners"

The intersection of Lake Pleasant Parkway and Happy Valley Road, sometimes called "Four Corners" by Peoria locals, is home to many commercial and retail shops and stores. This high-growth area serves North Peoria residents and is just minutes from Vistancia and other northwest valley communities.
